leicester vs crystal-palace Tip Reason:

Leicester’s poor form continued last time out in the Premier League as they fell to a rather unfortunate 3-1 defeat at the hands of Tottenham Hotspur, and while they didn’t really deserve to lose that game, the fact remains that they are now winless in 5 league matches and find manager Claude Puel under a bit of pressure. The Foxes have never really managed to get any momentum going their way this season, with every hint of a resurgence scuppered far sooner than they would like. Despite all that, they are still in the running for the potentially Europa League qualifying spot of 7th. They currently lie a disappointing 12th in the table, but are only 5 points adrift of 7th place. Still, with their current lack of confidence it’s very possible that they could get left behind in this race if they can’t turn their fortunes around, and Crystal Palace aren’t the easiest of sides to be facing at the moment. The Eagles, as was the case last season, started the campaign in torrid form. They won just 2 of their opening 13 league matches and lost 8 times, but it was actually a 1-0 win over Leicester that marked a turning point in their season. Since then, Roy Hodgson’s men have won 4, drawn 3, and lost 3 of their last 10 league matches. This includes a shock win over Manchester City as well, although this resurgence hasn’t been enough to push them fully out of danger. They are still only 3 points clear of the Premier League relegation zone despite their talented squad. Palace will be hoping to boost their points tally on Saturday though. They are facing a Leicester side who have failed to win 7 of their last 9 Premier League home games, while Palace themselves have only lost 1 of their last 4 trips away and that came against Liverpool. The visitors have also won their last 3 Premier League games against Leicester, and with just 3 defeats in their last 10 overall league games we think backing a Crystal Palace Win or Draw Double Chance is a good move along with a 2-1 win for our correct score prediction.
