leicester vs fulham Tip Reason:

Brendan Rodgers’ reign at Leicester City looked like it might get off to a good start as he watched his new club beat Brighton from the stands at the end of February, but his first match in charge didn’t quite go to plan. Troy Deeney put Watford ahead after just five minutes, and Jamie Vardy’s 75th minute equaliser was turned into a consolation goal when Andre Gray struck a last minute winner at Vicarage Road. This leaves The Foxes with just one win from their last eight matches in the Premier League, pushing them into 11th place and leaving them eight points adrift of the potential Europa League qualification spot of 7th. Still, this match against relegation candidates Fulham represents a big opportunity for Rodgers to get his first win in charge of Leicester. The visiting side find themselves in a dire situation, with their 2-1 defeat at home to Chelsea last weekend leaving them 19th in the table and 10 points adrift of safety. The Cottagers have lost eight of their last nine league games too, and this season have conceded a Premier League high of 65 goals in 29 matches. Unsurprisingly, things get even worse away from home for the side who are already on their third manager of the season. Fulham are yet to win a Premier League away game this season, losing 13 of their 15 trips away and failing to score on eight occasions. They have shipped 37 goals at the other end of the pitch too, and more often than not they have found themselves on the wrong end of comprehensive scorelines. In fact, they have lost by at least a two goal margin in 11 of these 15 games on the road, so even with Leicester struggling for form they should feel confident about their chances on Saturday. Given Fulham’s shocking away form this season and a defensive stature that resembles a sieve, we think backing Leicester -1.5 Asian Handicap is the best option here alongside a 2-0 correct score predictions. We’re also backing Jamie Vardy to get on the scoresheet again. The Leicester talisman has scored in his last two league games and is looking for his 100th competitive goal for The Foxes, so he looks a good price for our anytime goalscorer predictions.
