huddersfield vs leicester Tip Reason:

Huddersfield finally saw their fate sealed last weekend as a 2-0 loss away to Crystal Palace put Premier League safety beyond their reach, a result which saw them equal the joint earliest relegation from the top flight. Now, The Terriers have six games remaining to try and salvage some level of pride from this dismal season. Considering the level of confidence around the John Smiths Stadium at the moment, getting any results will be a challenge for them. Huddersfield’s defeat at Selhurst Park was their 17 Premier League defeat in their last 19 matches, and things only get marginally better when they play at home. They have lost eight and won one of their last nine home games in the top flight, and have scored a grand total of just seven goals there this season. Leicester aren’t coasting at the moment either. They have a genuine goal in mind between now and the end of the season, and that’s to take them to 7th position and hopefully secure their passage into the Europa League next term. Brendan Rodgers’ appointment seems to have worked as intended as well, because after a six match winless run in the league The Foxes have now won four of their last five outings. This resurgence has pushed them to within three points of 7th place Wolves, so they have every chance of beating the competition to be crowned best of the rest. Three points on Saturday will be expected from the travelling fans, and not only because of Huddersfield’s woeful record this term. Leicester have actually won nine of their last 10 league meetings with Huddersfield and haven’t lost any of them, so combined with their recent upturn in fortunes, we think backing a Leicester Win on Saturday looks a great choice along with a 2-1 correct score prediction. We’re also backing Leicester’s talisman Jamie Vardy to get on the score-sheet. The 32 year old forward has scored six goals in his last seven Premier League appearances and has notched seven of his 13 league goals this season away from home, so he looks the perfect choice for our anytime goalscorer predictions.
