norwich vs sheffield-united Tip Reason:

Sheffield United are still unbeaten away from home in the Premier League this season, although six of their seven trips have ended as stalemates. Norwich have seen both teams score in six of their seven home league games this season. Four of Sheffield United’s seven away games this season have ended 1-1. Canaries struggle to take flight in the Premier League After a dominating performance in the Championship last season, many thought Norwich had a great chance of surviving their first season back in the top flight. However, after a promising start to the campaign, things haven’t quite panned out how they had hoped. As we head into a busy festive period, The Canaries find themselves 19th in the Premier League table and four points adrift of safety. They fell to a disappointing 2-1 loss at relegation rivals Southampton in midweek, a result which makes it just one win from their last 10 league outings. Things might get worse before they get better though. After this clash with Sheffield United, they face the likes of Leicester, Wolves, Aston Villa and Spurs before the month it out, so the chances are that they’ll head into 2020 knee-deep in a relegation battle. The Blades continue to defy expectations By way of contrast, Sheffield United were expected to struggle fruitlessly against the demands of the top flight following their second relegation in three years. However, Chris Wilder has done a phenomenal job with the limited budget at his disposal, and The Blades find themselves up in 9th position with a five point cushion over the drop zone. The visitors did succumb to defeat in midweek as they hosted Newcastle, but prior to that they were unbeaten in seven Premier League matches and had taken positive results against the likes of Arsenal, Spurs, Man Utd and Wolves. Unlike their opponents, Sheffield United have a fairly favourable December fixture list, so it could be a very merry Christmas in the Wilder household. Travelling fans prepare for another away-day stalemate Sheffield United’s most impressive record is that they’re still unbeaten away from home in the league after seven games. However, the fact that they have drawn six of these games speaks volumes about their approach to away days, and Norwich’s last home game was a 2-2 draw against Arsenal. This could be a close one. One thing we are expecting is a lack of clean sheets. Norwich, for all their faults, have only failed to score once at Carrow Road this season. However, they are yet to keep a clean sheet there, and the visiting Sheffield United have found the net in all but one of their away games. The Blades’ are undoubtedly a defensively solid side, but even they have only kept two clean sheets on the road this season, so backing Both Teams to Score looks a great shout on Sunday. As previously mentioned, we’re expecting a tight game. Sheffield United have played out three consecutive 1-1 draws away from home, and four of their seven total trips away in the league have ended this way. All things considered, we think another 1-1 correct score prediction is the way to go.
